GASIFICATION AS A METHOD OF WASTES TREATMENT
Abstract
The technology of processing carbon-containing wastes by gasification is proposed. The features of reverse gasification process with counter heat wave that provide neutralization during thermal waste processing are shown. Given the results of the theoretical calculation and experimental researches of the gasification process of various types of solid fuels, correspondence of the data is shown. Given the composition and energy characteristics of the generator gases derived from carbon-containing prepared fuel by using the air blowing and the oxygen-rich blowing. The influence of blow parameters and particle size distribution of fuels on the characteristics of the gas and the composition of coke-ash. It is shown that the usage of gas generator to replace natural gas, does not affect on boiler environmental performance. Shown results of experimental research of gasification of dried sludge residues confirmed the high degree of carbon conversion. Bibl. 7, Fig. 4, Table 4.
