Abstract

The heating system of vertical cylindrical furnace of the unit of paraffin hydrotreating is realized on the base of developed multitorch burner. The burner refers to injection burners and consists of fuel units, air the channels to supply and distribution of fuel and air as well as of burner stone, control system and pilot burner. Due to the burner device has the form of 12 injection burners of a small scale for two stage burning of gas, provided low percentage of nitrogen oxides and oxides of carbon in the combustion products. The development is implemented at refinery for burning of factory natural gas and own fuel oil, which are produced during paraffin hydrotreating process. Burnerdevice, test data, as well as burner comparative parameters are presented before and after implementation. Bibl.7, Fig.4.
